Canyon Road
Explore Santa Fe’s highest concentration of galleries on the historic and pedestrian friendly Canyon Road.
Horseback riding
Travel through the scenic foothills of the Sangre de Christo mountains on horseback at The Bishops Lodge Hotel and Resort. (reservations required)
Hiking
To enjoy Santa Fe’s exquisite vistas on foot, the Dale Ball and Atalaya Trail systems are local and accessible for all hiking levels. (Or just drive on up to Aspen Vista, toward the Ski Basin).
Railyard district
In the Railyard district: Local flavor abounds on Saturdays at the Farmer’s market, or visit the City Different’s celebration of contemporary art at Site Santa Fe, directly across from the Farmers Market entrance.
Thrifting
Tap into your Southwestern style with a little thrifting at Double Take on Guadalupe.
International Folk Market
Visit Santa Fe’s annual International Folk Market on Museum Hill, (tickets required: folkartmarket.org
Meow Wolf
Rock your sense of reality at Meow Wolf’s House of Eternal Returns, a unique and interactive, indoor art instillation, and a short drive from downtown.
The Plaza
Meander through the rich history of the Southwest as you explore the Santa Fe Plaza with it’s many shops, museums, unique architecture and local artistry.
Spa relaxation
Soak your bones at Ojo Santa Fe, twenty minutes drive just south of town.
Food & cocktails
And enjoy a meal at one of our favorite city haunts: Coyote Cantina, Pasquals, The Pantry, Tia Sophias, Tomasitas, La Choza, and La Mama, to name a few! (keep your water to cocktail ratio at 2:1 whenever possible–you are at altitude!)
